This Privacy Notice explains how Batsheva Wassertheil, trading as BeeLine Journeys ("BeeLine Journeys", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website and services. BeeLine Journeys is the data controller responsible for your personal data.
Personal data we collect
- Account & contact data — name, email address, and login credentials.
- Inquiry & trip data — destinations, dates, party size, budget, preferences, and any notes you share when requesting an itinerary or contacting us.
- Support communications — messages you send us.
- Usage & technical data — device identifiers, IP address, browser type, and usage/telemetry about how you interact with the Service.
How and why we use your data
- Account creation and providing the Service (delivering your itineraries) — to perform our contract with you.
- Customer support — to respond to your inquiries — legitimate interests / contract performance.
- Security and fraud prevention — legitimate interests and legal obligation.
- Product improvement and analytics — legitimate interests.
- Marketing (e.g. newsletters) — only where you have consented; you can opt out at any time.
Payment and billing data is collected and processed directly by Stripe (see below), not by us.
Who we share data with
- Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf.
- Stripe — our payment provider, for processing payments, billing, tax compliance, and invoicing.
- Professional advisers — such as legal and accounting advisers, where necessary.
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Data retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
International transfers
Where your personal data is transferred outside your country (including outside the UK/EEA), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Where the GDPR applies, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, and we aim to respond to requests within one month.
