BeeLine Journeys creates and sells hand-crafted travel itineraries. We offer DIY itinerary blueprints (digital trip plans with suggested activities, timing, and booking links) and our Seven Horizons concierge service (custom, fully-planned trips). Our products are informational travel planning materials. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, or booking platform, and we do not provide transportation, accommodation, or activities ourselves.

By using the Service you confirm that you are at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction and, where you act on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

By continued use of the Service you agree to these Terms. You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, or to send spam;
• infringe the intellectual property or other rights of BeeLine Journeys or any third party;
• interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning, or attempting unauthorized access;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service; or
• resell, redistribute, or publicly share purchased itineraries, or circumvent any technical limits or access controls.

All content within the Service — including itineraries, written content, recommendations, software, design, and branding — is owned by BeeLine Journeys or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property. When you purchase an itinerary, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal travel planning. You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute our materials.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Stripe handles payment processing, and—where applicable—acts as the merchant of record, handling tax calculation, collection, billing, and refund mechanics on our behalf. Payment and card details are handled directly by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Refunds are also addressed in our Refund Policy.

We work hard to keep the Service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Itineraries reflect our research and opinions at the time of writing; opening hours, prices, conditions, and availability of third-party venues, activities, and accommodations can change, and you are responsible for verifying details before you travel or book.

Our itineraries are planning suggestions and informational materials only. They reflect our research and opinions at the time of writing, and travel is inherently unpredictable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeeLine Journeys is not responsible or liable for:

• how your trip actually turns out, including disappointing, "flopped", or less-than-expected experiences;
• weather, natural conditions, road or trail closures, seasonal changes, or acts of nature;
• inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information, including changes to opening hours, prices, routes, availability, or conditions of any venue, activity, or accommodation;
• flight or transport delays, cancellations, missed connections, or scheduling conflicts;
• the acts, omissions, pricing, safety, or quality of any third-party providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, restaurants, guides, etc.) referenced or linked in our itineraries;
• any injury, illness, loss, theft, expense, or damage arising from following an itinerary or undertaking any activity; or
• your decisions about your own safety, fitness, health, insurance, visas, documentation, or suitability of any activity for you.

You are solely responsible for independently verifying all details before you travel or book, for assessing risks, for obtaining appropriate travel insurance, and for making your own travel decisions. Difficulty, duration, and similar indications are estimates only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, enjoyment, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold BeeLine Journeys harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your unlawful use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit to us.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your licence to use our materials ends.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent changes, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
